Thanks very much for replying and explaining your situation with Toluna. They are not treating people well.0

I was with them for about a year and received vouchers eventually. However, at the moment they are keeping people waiting for vouchers and cancelling the vouchers and not offering alternatives. I'm not doing any further surveys with them as I had my vouchers cancelled and they haven't refunded my points.0

Lots of people have recieved emails to say that the John lewis vouchers are out of stock. Hope you get yours.0

They are very bad, cancelling vouchers and keeping people waiting for so long. It's not on.0

I've got bad feeling they are going burst... I have not received my points or vouchers either. £65 worth. Awful!0

Toluna is a huge company that seems to suffer frequent cash flow problems. This is probably an expensive time of year for them and I guess the firms who provide the vouchers have not been paid. However they always seem to survive. The people who loose out are the people filling in the surveys. It is far better to fill in Toluna surveys through a third party like Swagbucks or mintvine.0

That's awful. They are treating people disrespectfully.0

Good tip. I think you are right.0

I know they take a long time to send out the rewards, but I've not had a problem with them Is it just the vouchers that are causing problems? I last cashed out on 3 July and got a paypal payment made on 17 August.
As for the points, well I haven't qualified for a survey in ages but have managed to get the mini poll points credit to my account.Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £82,869.54 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £130 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £136.04 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £964.62 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0 -
I think the Paypal choice seems to be the best choice to get paid with Toluna. The vouchers are always running out, but Paypal seems more reliable.0
