Net Neutrality Laws in UK - Vodafone Passes

I'm not a Vodafone customer, but I'm just curious as I was looking at new phone contracts and saw that Vodafone offer these passes (I'm a new user so I can't post links just google Vodafone passes!

I was just wondering whether we have Net Neutrality laws in the UK, because surely this is treating data from certain apps/websites as something to pay for compared to data from other apps / websites

Net neutrality is to do with not having different speed/quality of communications. How or whether you pay for the communication is another matter entirely.

Net neutrality at the moment comes under EU legislation.

If you're talking about their new passes thing, surely that wouldn't fall under the net neutrality law. Because they wouldn't be slowing you down. They are only offering unlimited usage on the applications you paid for, and you can still use your data allowance on the other applications.
