Sue, swipe and win in sainsburys was last weekend. Everytime you spent £10 you randomly got awarded nectar points between 200- 5,000. 200 is worth £1 , 5,000 £25 , but they do double up in a few weeks so £1 =£2 £25 worth £50 hth i got £197 worth face value double up £394, hth explains a bit

    Evening

Everyone has done so well so far, congratulations to everyone. I just love love loveeeeeeee counting up day.

I emptied the huge pig last night and put all the money into sandwich bags ready to take to the bank this morning. I put three of them in my work bag and it was far to heavy, so I took two.

Total from the two bags was £291.34, i have another three bags to take tomorrow. I also have £350 in notes, $50 and €50.

I will update with the total total (!) tomorrow.

BTW, the coin machine in Nattiest is fun, it spins the money around like a washing machine :) it does't take much to entertain me!!

Well done again everyone, and special thanks to Sue for motivation us throughout the year. I certainly could;t do it without you.

Number 25 here declaring a massive (to me) £207.12.

I am totally over the moon and back with this amount as this is the very first time I have managed to save anything at all in all my 61 years!

Thank you Sue for your help and support and I look forward to next year - my first ever full year of saving. xx :xmastree::xmastree::xmastree:
