Finally

My maturity proceeds have just landed. I've got RSI in my fingerprint finger from so many log ins:rotfl:

I was also offered (did not request, but will accept) £20 for the inconvenience. I wonder how long that will take.

I have asked that they investigate how someone managed to input a totally incorrect sort code, and I don't mean a single digit keypress which I could understand.

Phew, glad it's sorted but what a carry on. Makes me wonder if asking for a maturity cheque is the safer option. Ironic that Leeds BS said that they'd be phoning account holders to confirm bank instructions, then don't follow up on that and then input the wrong account details.
