the PE appeal is the blue text appeal in post #1 of the NEWBIES sticky thread , CHOOSE keeper on their website AND SUBMIT IT "AS IS"

its the "hidden" thread where we "hide" all the relevant info so people cannot find it , lol ;) (hint)

and post #3 deals with popla appeals once you have the popla code from PE

Thanks for your help, ive found it and have it on an email waiting to send, but I will see if Mcdonalds, the landowner or the MP come back to me first

    you dont "email" it

as I said , you go to their website and put it in their appeal section , choosing KEEPER in their menu system and copying and pasting the blue text and submit it

please READ what people tell you

yes its a good idea to wait and see if the pcn gets cancelled , but dont miss the 28 day deadline or you are in all sorts of trouble

it is unlikely that it will be cancelled due to your MP , that is a longer term goal to get the private members bill through parliament next february

the landowner or the mickey dees CEO might get it cancelled
