Any suggestions??
I have a dual SIM phone: 1st and main SIM with BT (EE Network). 2nd SIM was Talk Mobile (Vodafone Network). My wife's phone is Tesco (O2 Network).
I live in a Rural area and ideally want replace SIM 2 with another which works Vodafone's masts. The idea is that we would hope to get a signal on one of them.
The big problem is I would rarely use the Vodafone SIM, so Pay-as-you-go would have to last a long time before it expires.
I've been trawling through Libara's T&Cs but they are notably obscure.
Any other suggestions I may have missed??
Thanking you, in advance

Afaik all network have 60 days cancel if you don't make or receive a phone call or text.....None last forever without a Top-up.
Truphone, Dialog Viz, Age UK My Phone, Talk talk, Talk Mobile, Lebara Mobile. all piggyback off of Vodafone.
Not sure what they are like because Vodafone signal is not great where i live only Three and EE are good here.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

It seems 114 days is the maximum for Lebara.SIM not used? Have you not used your sim for making any calls, sending texts or browsing data in last 84 days, please note your SIM card is now inactive. To reactivate your SIM and to keep the same number, please topup within 30 days.
If there has been no activity in last 114 days , please note your SIM card is now expired. To get a free SIM, click the link below to request a new SIM.

O2 and Vodafone have a network share agreement.
You might well find the rural coverage almost identical.
They both have some additional urban capacity though.
Vodafone have another PAYG brand (Voxi) but it has an upper age restriction of 25 (i think)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I was in rural Wales last week, where I could get O2 signal there was no Vodafone signal and visa versa. Sort of suggests the mast share maybe in specific areas.0 -
Beacon Bright - If you can get coverage on O2 then Tesco PAYG are not strict about how much you use the phone before they cut you off.
As long as you make a chargeable call or send a text once in every six months you won't get cut off or lose credit according to their T&Cs.
The standard top up is £10 and it lasts until you've used it all up.
Regarding mast sharing between Vodafone and O2 - the O2 website states that whilst they sometimes share a mast they do not allow the sharing of networks and they both operate separately, it's only the tower/mast and power supplies that are shared, not the actual network transmitters.

I think by 60 days you mean 180 days? It’s 6 months and call, text, data or topup all count to reset the counter.====0
