Has anyone come across this company or used them? or used any of the directors other advisory firms?
They are called Less tax for landlords and offer a hybrid tax structure which can save tax?

What exactly is the "hybrid tax structure"?

There are no red flags that I can see as long as they are not promoting some sort of magic tax solution that doesn't actually work.

Asking on these forums whether anyone uses a particular accountant or solicitor is a bit of a long shot - most landlords will use a firm of solicitors / chartered accountants local to them, which means it's like asking whether anyone uses your hairdresser. But you may have some luck on the House Buying, Renting and Selling board.
