Where to Buy Sim Free Samsung D900

I want to buy a Sim free Samsung D900 phone. I don't make a lot of outgoing calls so I don't want to be locked into a contract. Can anyone out there recommend reliable competitive sources please? I don't mind buying over the internet from retailers who have been verified as OK, but I'm not a fan of EBAY,

    Just seen them on the shelf in Argos with a 'Clearance' sticker on them £199 down to £99 !! Their on Orange, but I'm told they can be unlocked...

    Sim free are expensive, simply buy one locked to a network and unlock it if need be.
