    It sounds like your mums aip ended in July 16 and lost entitlement to the GC due to the reassessment, and now possibly on Savings credit. His means she has no AIP as none are set now. The indefinate AIP would of only kicked in upon re assessments last year, but this cannot be applied as AIP’s have been abolished.

    A quick call to the pension service with your
    Mum presents can clear it up.

    Just because she had GC one point does not mean she is on for life, it can be re assessed at any point.

    If you calm down and check on facts it might become clearer
