- no permit?

- not paying & displaying quick enough? How long did he allow?

- parking out of a bay?

- or what was it for?

basically the guy hides in his car and is taking advantage of vunrable people there's a lot of info about this car park And new owners of the land have chucked private parking solutions out because they are scamming people

Can you get proof, plenty of time to go and film that, once you have got a defence in.

Adapt another Gladstones defence.

Add the above things you said about predatory conduct/hiding and taking advantage of people who have literally just arrived.

Add something about 'no grace period allowed' (read the IPC code about that).


Add that the landowner has removed this contractor from the location due to the predatory tactics and complaints, and therefore there is no 'legitimate interest' excuse that this Claimant can rely upon, so this case can be fully distinguished from the ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis case and should be struck down as an unconscionable penalty, unsupported by case law where the Supreme Court Judges were very clear that the penalty rule remains 'engaged' in these parking cases (only being disengaged if the operator demonstrates a (rare) commercial legitimate interest). Impossible, given the fact of this claim.

And it is a newlandowner that has removed the contract this is what I found online reading about the company and also a Facebook group has helped fight 18 cases in court same carpark and won them all but I'm not a Facebook user
