Need help putting a court defence together asap received a parking ticket while I was trying to get a ticket never actually got 1 because I looked up and see the guy putting a ticket on got so annoyed I just drove off and I have ignored all the threatening letters help needed please

Start by informing yourself properly about Private Parking - Read the Newbies Sticky at the top of this forum carefully. Read al of it, then concentrate on Post 2.

It will outline what you need to put in your defence and walk you through the process,

I've looked through all that and don't know where to start ive been unwell and am finding it very hard to take it all in

Any defence starts with the facts e.g. who issued the ticket, why, where and for what reason. Simple facts and not at all difficult.

You can then build a defence round it.

Alternatively just use one the templates that best fits what you know - and we don't.

Thanks for the help I'm still a bit lost need try read some things but it's not going in basically the guy hides in his car and is taking advantage of vunrable people there's a lot of info about this car park And new owners of the land have chucked private parking solutions out because they are scamming people basically

He is required to mitigate his employer's losses, i.e., warn transgressors of the financial implications of breaching the T&C. Entrapment is frowned upon by the courts. Read this

An 'idiots' guide' is a phrase. I have an idiots' guide that I use myself at work that myself and colleagues wrote for ourselves!

The point is the NEWBIES thread has an easy picture by picture guide in post #2 already, re the AOS. It is as easy as it can get to follow, please go and read it.

That came across wrong I sometimes read stuff and take it all wrong sorry I'm greatful for any help I'm afraid I'm useless when comes to things like this am reading up on a lot but it's how to word a defence or what go on I'm finding hard
