£24.60 MB'ing
£3.23 Ebay
£27.83 total
My wife and I went out for a meal tonight, first time in over a year without the kids! We'd had a £40 voucher for a local Italian restaurant from last Christmas, which we'd never got round to using. So tonight's 2 course meal (and fantastic it was!) plus drinks, cost us just £12. Not adding this to my total, but still happy nonetheless.
Also, my wife won a 'deal' on Facebook yesterday for a local photographer. We actually went midday today. It was a 1-hour family photo shoot, plus framed 7x5 photo, which would normally cost £110, all for just £10. Last minute cancellation and they wanted to fill the spot, so ran a competition on Facebook. They'll get more out of us no doubt in extra photo's, but something we had been looking to do anyway, so a saving most definitely made.
How lovely Mike!! Another one here who thinks couples should always make time for each other without the kids. We always had a night out once a month when the kids were small. We were lucky that we had grandparents we could alternate the babysitting with.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

That is but a pipedream for me... I don't get any time away from the baby for just me, let alone spending any time as a couple.. it is slowly driving me mad after 10 months. And I really do mean any time... the baby co-sleeps with me (not something I chose, more of that's the only way I can get any sleep). For the last 2 months only I have managed to get a couple of hours in the evening with baby asleep upstairs, but he wakes every hour and wants me. Then the usual every minute of the day and baby won't sleep without me in the day either..2025 decluttering: 3,925🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

Not too much to report here.. doing the odd survey and waiting for my auctions to end this evening (there are bids on 9 items, although nothing of large value). Trying still to keep up with Swagbucks, although not doing a great job of that..2025 decluttering: 3,925🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

Oooh Jess I really feel for you! Have you no family nearby that could give you a break? I would willingly take a baby out for a walk in its pram/pushchair to give its parent a breather.
My youngest was a good baby but became clingy as a toddler and it felt like I had a cling-on in my every waking hour. Couldnt even go the loo without her clinging onto me so I can sympathise to a certain extent.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

Sadly no.. they are a couple of hours away and hubbie's parents are an hour away... I can honestly say I am on my own in this. Hubby doesn't spend enough time with him (priority = hubbie first and baby second for him) and so baby only ever wants me, which makes things worseHe is an absolutely lovely happy little baby, but I need some space before I go crazy! Doesn't help he refuses to stop breastfeeding... off to a clinic for some help on that as unfortunately it is now having a bad affect on my health as opposed to just my mental sanity...
Trying to find something to look forward to, to focus my mind, but struggling right now. As I was unexpectedly paid a bonus for not working this year (!), I am thinking of spending a bit of money on myself to cheer myself up.
TBH I am at the end of my tether with it all and not sure what to do. I feel very alone and don't really know many people where I live (my good friends all emigrated). I try to get out and about, but it can be difficult to find the time to do that when I also do everything in the house, hampered by a baby. Yes... I know I should speak to hubbie, but I really don't know how and I am annoyed that he never seems to understand and carries on with his relatively carefree existence.2025 decluttering: 3,925🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

I have had 6 auctions sell now and already paid, with another one that will sell and 3 more I am awaiting payment on. Going to have a few interesting days packaging things up... Will add all the funds in once I have organised myself and got everything posted. Should booster my funds a bit!
Slowly getting items to sell down... I think I had about 60 at the start of October and now have 28 left to sell. My spare room is starting to look much better and I am even running out of packaging materials and have asked family to bring ones they don't want when they visit!2025 decluttering: 3,925🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

My parents live just round the corner, but my younger sister, her partner and their 3 kids moved in at the start of the year whilst they save for their own place, so they constantly have a house full and I feel very guilty asking them to babysit another 2, so we very rarely get any kind of break. My mother in law passed away 5 years ago, and my father in law lives down in Cornwall (I'm up in Carlisle), so we only get to see him once/twice a year. I won't lie, it's hard.
Jess - if it's any consolation, we have a 3yr old who between the hours of 6:30am and 7pm needs complete undivided attention. And then there's the 10 week old baby who is up 2-3 times a night, and has the kind of scream/cry that could wake a household half a mile away. Needless to say this affects the 3yr old's sleep patterns and makes her grouchier than usual as a result. The life of the parent :rotfl:
My Sunday total is £21.72 from MB'ing.0
