Increase in Bulk LPG prices and Wholesale LPG prices

We have just had Flogas again increasing our bulk gas by 16.9% this time.
We are on a small estate with shared bulk tanks and constantly have to do battle with Flogas and thankfully the contract comes up for renewal in 18 months time.
Does anyone have a similar problem?
Also
Does anyone have some reliable data or links for site with reliable data on the wholesale price of LPG both current and historic as the claims being made by flogas for the increase just do not seem to add up and we need to challenge them

They have just tried to hike my ppl by 30%!

Would be interested in what rates others are getting offered so i can barter.....

We currently pay 30ppl and have done so for the past three years now.

However, this is with a small local independent.
