 Re. double bed for a child. My son has a single bed and we have a double bed in our "guest bedroom", junk room would likely be more appropriate. :o As for girlfriends / boyfriends staying, I can remember being engaged and living with Mrs. K. but my parents preparing a room for her to stay at their's one night. :rotfl:

Aaand the washing machine is dead

Tried removing the filter and removed a few small obstructions from the pump, but no longer playing. A Bit grumpy as I started a cycle and had to drain it onto the floor 3-4 times to clear the filter.

I am very grateful for the home maintenance budget - A+++ replacement being delivered and connected tomorrow for £319 - what a world we live in  Apparently it has a smartphone app - great - will it fold the laundry too? :rotfl: And it's 33% bigger! :D

    Arrived, installed, fantastico! :j

£0.66 paid off a CC (TT and a few pennies of cashback). Cashback hasn't tracked for washing machine, will chase next weekend.
