How lovely Ed :j. You obviously haven't told her you're stealing her CB :rotfl:.

The way stock markets are going, she'll probably be glad just to get her capital back from the BoMaD!
Back to work and back down to earth with a thump! Felt absolutely exhausted and nauseous last night, think it was perhaps a combo of overly greasy food and the stress of 100 miles or so of driving to an unfamiliar locale on the Sunday. Still feeling quite green.
This was not helped by discovering an error on my debt repayment spreadsheet that meant that weekly payments were being calculated on a fixed schedule from the start of January (i.e. the date should have been updated to reflect the fact that time moves on). I fixed this and moved out the time period for repayment to 4 months before we need to remortgage (August 2020). Depressing, but a bit more realistic than the previous target of March 2019.

.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -
I'd love to join a club Watty, but compressed hours at work make it pretty much impossible to make the expected times for groups. The flexibility of slotting in a workout is one of the things I love about distance running - leave your front door and you're already exercising!0

I run 4 times a week (all outside, haven't run on a dreadmill for about 4 years) but have to have them pencilled in for the same 4 slots each week so as to fit them around other commitments. That way both I and OH know when I will be out. Does mean that I cannot be flexible to the whims of the weather, so have to make a choice sometimes between still going out in horrible weather or binning the run ......Original Mortgage (Feb '17) £269,995
Current Mortgage (End 11/19) £226,790
End Date November 2039 Original End Date February 20420 -
I try and stick to slots, but unfortunately Mrs E's schedule is a lot more fluid than mine, so I end up having to chop and change. I don't really enjoy having to do this, but anything for a harmonious home0
