@Suffolk_lass - that sounds very tasty - you always have such a lovely menu. I'm keeping things simple at the moment, as it's easier to be strict with a restricted menu within the restricted diet, IYSWIM?
I splurged for dinner and had a steamed chicken breast, a big tomato, a hunk of cucumber and steamed broccoli with white sesame seeds and sriracha. 891 calories for the day, I can definitely live with that. I have lost 7lbs since the last curry, so currently 16 stones and 6 pounds (4 off yesterday, love that confidence boosting water weight loss)!
Same food today (I made a batch of full fat yoghurt yesterday using the famous Greek brand as a starter that will last me a fortnight), so yoghurt-based breakfast, omelette and steamed chicken with veg for lunch or dinner (depending on how I feel). Chicken already cooked as well, so less temptation to eat nonsense.
Allowed myself a tablespoon of double cream with my breakfast coffee, will possibly have up to 3 other black double espressos today, as working 'til 6 and need the caffeine atm.

eek!
I always think the same about your meals. No breakfast this morning as I have run out of time (we walk other people's dogs today) I will be having soup and possibly half an avocado if I need it. This evening I am going to roast some veg and make a tomato sauce to accompany it then bang it in the oven with a bit of grated cheese and chilli flakes sprinkled on top! We've got another five Crown Prince Pumpkins to get through this winter so that will feature. I might try roasting the seeds on the next one (they are F1 hybrid so unlikely to germinate for new plants, but should be edible). Only 45 minutes 'til dinnerBudget trimmed today, holiday now 33% accounted for.

Went a bit off plan with food, dinner became a weird tuna and full fat cream cheese dip with veggies. I'm finding that combinations of dried garlic, onion, parsley, pepper and a touch of seaweed makes most things palatable. Also allowing myself a little salt, as there was quite a lot in the processed carbs I'm not eating.
Another 3lbs off today, down to 16 stones and 3 pounds
I managed to empty my inbox for approximately one hour at work yesterday, such a boost to my worrying mind. Boss fixed that for me shortly afterwards and while we have a massive backlog because of Covid, good to have no one specific task hanging over me to complete. Still, vaguely confident about finding a way through it all, good colleagues and plenty of time!
Spending the morning with DD, then working from lunchtime.

Ooh, almost half a sone. You should weigh out some dry goods and hold it so you appreciate that your heart and lungs are no longer trugging that around!
For me, much slower, but possibly because we had lots of squash and roots roasted for supper with a jar of hm passata and some grated sharp strong cheddar all melted into the tray with the oil and burnt on crispy bits, or maybe because I did it before and I've had my turn at the rapid, reassuring drop. I am about 1.5 2.5lbs down based on my Sunday weigh in. It is still five packets of butter I am not longer lugging around! I guess it will be like the second phase of my weight-loss so will-power will be needed but I want it so will stick - and will keep you company like a MSE diet club, whether you wanted to join or not!!Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

10lbs by my reckoning5 blocks of butter is fantastic! Also your dinner sounded nice. I'm already at 674 cals for the day, so might need to allow myself slightly more (3 scrambled eggs with a little butter and a coffee with cream for breakfast, 1/2 tub of reduced fat houmous with celery, spring onions and a mug of HM miso soup for lunch). I took DD out for a reasonable walk this morning and even this slight exertion really took its toll. I like the idea of a MSE diet club - I miss the weekly weigh in at the office.Remortgage appears to be complete. I don't think they're likely to take a second payment this month and the conveyancer returned c. £80. Very smooth in the end, albeit protracted.Budgets trimmed, no change to holiday %, starting to think things won't really shift now until first lower mortgage payment in February.1
