Thank you for the quick reply guys - really appreciate your help throughout!! Interesting replies so two options I guess:
    1. Ignore and use my documents including the cancellation to win the court case if they're stupid enough to go through with it (assuming it's gonna be 100% win rate with this cancellation)

    2. Complain to BPA and DVLA again outlining what happened and bring up the relevant BPA codes

    Question is Which one

    Do all of that.

Complain to BPA and DVLA again, and ignore everything unless and until you receive claim documentation from the court.

You do both. It can only be success for you with a
    cancellation letter.
You have been given grief so give it back.
CEL are not suitable to be allowed DVLA access

The BPA already know about CEL, the courts know about
    the timewasting CEL

When will the BPA wake up to the CEL rubbish and get
rid of them ..... or is the membership fee more important

Let's face it, the BPA is a f***ked up organisation anyway

It is someone like you that will get CEL confined to
    the sewer where they belong

I suspect with the new members bill, they will go bust
anyway. BPA accounts are not impressive.

Mind you, they could change their name like the scam IPC
Bring back the upskirt picture taking Troy and you have
    the British !!!!!! Association
