I think others have covered most things which may mean your home, whilst nicely finished (apart from the orange sorry and some presentation bits such as sofa near door and 3rd bedroom looking too small for a bed), isn't attracting too many people.
Price - this very much looks topside against its competition. It isn't a 'good size' 3 bed in my view. Your bedrooms are small and the bathroom looks more like an ensuite than a main bathroom and has no bath. Downstairs is definitely more 2 bed proportions and with no family 'extras' such as downstairs loo, porch, extra cupboard or garden. These might mean you fall between 2 camps a bit - not very family friendly as a 3 bed and the people needing 2 beds have much more choice at lower prices and bigger bedrooms & bathroom.
Your garage is a good feature if I'm seeing the plan correctly, looks like its accessible from the house so good as an extra hobby/office space and the overall finish is very good.
Suspect your buying pool is a bit small and the price too high. Who sells most of the properties near you? You're in a 'traditional' sort of area, if its a main agent, something to consider. I'm another who would avoid Purple Bricks if other choices were available too.0 -
Sofa/front door thing is an issue for me.
Also, purple bricks are dreadful in mine and my partner’s opinion, and I’d honestly rather not buy a house than buy one being sold through them. They will put some people off,If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
You also need to get them to remove the initial photo if that isn’t actually your house!
That alone would put me off as a potential buyer! It’s screams “we’re lying to you” before I’ve even finished the ad...0 -

Agree with all of the above. Either curtain off the door in the lounge or move the sofa to the other wall. I'd kit out the tiny bedroom with maybe a cheap desk and chair as at the moment it seems like a bit of a pointless room, you need to show its potential and as others have noted, it's not really a family home, probably more a home for a couple. I'd also be tempted to go over the orange in the kitchen with a white/cream. I might also opt for a different first photo. Photo 15 gives a truer sense of the property and the garage selling point than the first photo which shows the useless front door.0

Living room: can you move the sofa to where the low/little black table is? The sofa creates a psychological barrier. (Cost=£0).
Kitchen: the orange is a bit too bright, magnolia would cover that and make it lighter not brighter (cost=£12). Also the dining table looks out of proportion and of a different era. Can you buy another, more family type one, from a charity shop (cost=£50)?
These are just my suggestions, I haven't viewed anyone else's so I'm not influenced by them. FYI I don't have any kids but would be drawn to your 3 bedroomed house. Everything else looks beautiful but the focus appears to have been on the upstairs rooms. First impressions and all that.
The biggest thing that would put me off though..........PURPLE BRICKS! I have attempted several viewings through them and it has been a real pain. Totally inflexible as they travel long distances unless you view solely with the vendor (not advisable for either party for security reasons). They also lack local knowledge. My last experience of them was an agent who claimed cracks around windows were 'normal' and it didn't matter about lintels. This was while he was jumping around all hyper like a court jester.0 -

Eh? That seems a rather...odd view to take. Though may be one of those regional things. In Scotland it's the norm (for owner-occupied properties) that the vendor does the viewings. Not aware of any general worries about that. I suppose if either party were concerned then they could bring along another body.
...which is another reason for meeting the vendor rather than the agent's viewing person!They also lack local knowledge.0 -
