Hi all
I contacted the dvla and they've advised I need to write them a letter explaining the situation and include the fact I have never owned the car. They will refund my payment but it will take several weeks0 -
I must admit that the DVLA were good recently when dad died and the keepership of the car transferred to mum with no loss of VED, took a phone call and a written letter but all sorted with no issues.0
