£1,055 raised of £1,000 goal

Now £995.00 ....
@bargepole - given that Extended Civil Restraint Orders only last for a duration of 2 years with the option to renew for a further 2 years. What protection is there for some cases as PPCs have 6 years to pursue. There is nothing which states this can be extended for a third time - can you clarify?
Is there a mechanism that the court can look into this and possibly extend this by their own orders.
Given that many people may move there could be a risk that after the initial ECRO has expired and if not renewed - OPs could end up with default judgments.
I suspect that the courts would look down on the PPC with displeasure when granting set asides , knowing that a CRO had been approved by one of his colleagues , and when the law only allows one renewal , the PPC are clearly acting in maliceSave a Rachael

Perhaps this thread could be a designated 'no fly zone'... Or 'neutral zone' (for Star Trek fans).
Where we all agree not to post anything even remotely inflammatory and, if anything is posted, we agree to ignore it.
Would really like to see how this situation plays out.
The fact so many people have come together to achieve a shared goal should be a firm reminder that we are all fighting the same enemy.0 -

The first hurdle is to get the ECRO granted. They are currently pursuing unpaid tickets from 2016, and will have some going up to June 2017, when they were chucked off the site by the head leaseholder.
New people moving in there won't be affected, as PPS are gone.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. Not ignore it - report it, whoever posts it.
But yes, I've had a lovely day with my wife and kids today, I'm happy to keep things peaceful. I'll even consider re-edting my signature.0 -
