TD - numerous. As far as I can tell, two where Bergkamp was the OP, one where Bargepole was the OP and one from another newer user.0

Why have they been removed, anyone know?Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I accept no liability for the accuracy of any such posts and users are advised that, if they wish to obtain formal legal advice specific to their case, they must seek instruct and pay a solicitor.0

Because of all the stupid squabbling between long-standing members, and so-called 'newbies' (in reality people who have previously been chucked off this forum under various usernames), all of which derailed the threads and took them completely off-topic.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

I think MSE air on the side of caution regarding legalities
I would imagine that the very same people will attempt
to destroy this thread
The rule of thumb now must be that regulars do not get involved
or respond however tempting it may be0 -

@bargepole - given that Extended Civil Restraint Orders only last for a duration of 2 years with the option to renew for a further 2 years. What protection is there for some cases as PPCs have 6 years to pursue. There is nothing which states this can be extended for a third time - can you clarify?
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/extended-civil-restraint-orders-in-force
Is there a mechanism that the court can look into this and possibly extend this by their own orders
Given that many people may move there could be a risk that after the initial ECRO has expired and if not renewed - OPs could end up with default judgments.
ETA - i See that some orders have been made 'until further notice' - this will need to be specified on any application IMO to protect OPs0 -
