EE £100 offer?

I signed up to EE as a first time customer and I did it when the offer was available but I still haven't received the £100. Do we only get it after the first payment?

I signed up for it as well it is my understanding that you get claim email after the second payment has been taken.

if you have not received your reward registration email you should contact the EE reward Team on 08005872297

I signed up for the same deal with EE and I think you will find that what Pinkladyvenus says is correct, you should receive an email after the second payment and it can take 30 days after that to get your £100 but worth waiting for. I am due to pay my second bill soon so fingers crossed.
The other plus point with this deal is the early termination compensation EE are willing to pay you.
I pulled out of my contract with John Lewis just a few weeks early and was charged an extra £5, I emailed this bill to EE and they have credited me with £50, that I did not expect!!!
If it all works out, this will be a great deal for me.

Just an update received my claim email for the £100, 15 days after the second payment was taken.
