Now in words of one syllable, what I meant was that the only thing that made your case different to others was that you played rugby for some club in Plymouth - that is, apart from that (which in the context of this parking charge is totally and utterly irrelevant), your case is exactly the same as any other.
You deal with this exactly the same as all the others (even those who don’t play rugby in Plymouth) who are at the debt collector stage, you ignore this charge unless or until you receive a LBA or MCOL claim from the PPC or its solicitors (check the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #5 for acronyms).Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
