PPS,DRP,Gladstone

After some help as each case is different I guess.

In January 2017 I played rugby for DHSOB in Plymouth and parked in the car park outside the club. I was given a parking permit which is a bit of paper and was on my dash. Upon return to my car the permit was on my car floor and I had a ticket from premier parking solutions.

I appealed which was turned down and asking people from the club they said ignore and after months of letters from DRP I have a letter from Gladstone with a last offer of £160 before court action (the letter ref number is a 3***** which I believe is one from DRP with a gladstone letter head).

So what next? Wait and see if I go to court?

I'm in the forces and my correspondence address is the other end of the country so by the time I get letters etc I could be going to court. I still have the ticket and permit but have binned all drp letters. I have less than a week now as the letter is 10days old

Thanks for anyone who reads and helps me

It is a pity you binned all mthe DRP dross, It could have been useful if you sued them for DP breaches.

Have you read any of these?

Correct, and this is how your case is particularly unique when compared with all the rest we have ever dealt with.

To which post/poster is that question addressed. Please use the ‘Quote’ button shown below each post (as you can see I have used here) so we know what point you are addressing.

I think Umkomaas post went over your head, never mind!

What happened when you complained to the club that put you in this mess by employing scammers, and giving you stupid advice?

  • I only played a couple of games and have now moved units as it was in January. More on about what to do now?
