my cr limit is 3k! id be very happy if they reduced it ive asked a dozen times ! as for the catalogues i rang up and told them i did not want them anymore and had no problem stoping them, my balance is £250 and i intend paying this off before christmas and closing the acc.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I had a credit limit of 10,000 with Next. I never went above £300 on it, quite why they gave me so much I will never understand - just kept on increasing it. This month they have reduced it to £3600 without warning or reason - very odd. It doesn't bother me, but might be a struggle for those who took up the ever increasing offer of 'free' money.I'm going for my QuidCo £million!

Shop in Primark would be my suggestion. At a fraction of the price it is so cheap you won't need credit!!Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
