Indivudual small claims or combined

Can somebody answer whether Private tickets can be pooled together or if they can only be dealt with on an individual basis in the small claims court? I'm just thinking that if I got 50 tickets it would be very much in their interest to take me to small claims court if they could combine all invoices? Apologies if it’s in the newbie thread but I didn't see it.

Yes more than one PCN can be included in a claim and in fact many claims are for multiple tickets.
The threshold for small claims is a monetary value of currently £10,000 and the Claimant needs to pay court fees on a sliding scale accordingly.0 -

Yes, we see cases with 3 or 4 PCNs, taking a claim to 4 figures once the PPC has added on spurious charges and fees.
99% of cases are still won here anyway, with advice from the regulars and some time & trouble by the Defendant to follow it and robustly defend. We almost never see a loss posted when the forum has assisted all along (not just provided a defence) and that's not because people don't come back to report, because they do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can you back 99% with evidence as this contradicts even bargepole's signature:
"Speeding cases fought: 24 (3 of mine, 21 for others). Cases won: 20. Points on licence: 0. Private Parking Court Cases: Won 29. Lost 9".0 -
logician - its not far off given the reports we have for defences supported properly on here.
This doesnt contradict anyones signature.
Its an approximation. Deal with it.0 -
well, based on that, the number of wins against the Parking Companies is a fraction of a percentage. So they can claim, 100% wins - it's an approximation.
I spent the weekend reading through the forum at length and think the win rate here is about 85-90%. It used to be 99% at POPLA until Beavis.
Bargepole pointed out in another thread, odds of winning in court do increase with a Lay Rep because of his/her experience. No matter how anti Lay Rep someone might be, them's the facts, and the reports here and on Prankster's blog support them.
Coming back to the Thread subject, certainly with Excel/VCS as an example, it appears that they sell single cases to BW Legal, and keep the larger cases for themselves.0 -

Nothing to elaborate on - I am simply expressing my Honest Opinion about how Excel/VCS and BW Legal work0
-
excel/VCS do NOT sell or assign cases , BW do not BUY parking cases
please get your facts correctSave a Rachael

Did you misread my post? My honest opinion is that this is what is occurring, and I have seen no evidence to the contrary.
Please stop attacking me for expressing an honest opinion.0 -
your opinion is just that , there have been no reported cases of sale / assignment
paperwork stating this must be sent by both excel/vcs and BW , as as stated , no postings on this board or other boards are stating this
as your honest opinion must be going from info you have , please state or show a case where this has happened
senility hits everyone , perhaps even dyslexia , to make things easier excel/vcs / bw is not spelt as MIL collectionsSave a Rachael
