    Make it more vicious. State that you have appealed, and that if they do not accept or reject the appeal within 35 days of the date of your letter, with a relevant POPLA code, you will complain to the BPA, the DVLA and the ICO for this misuse of your persona; data, and will consider a legal claim for the DPA Breach.

    It's a standard tactic of Premier Park, ignore it. They will then send a POPLA code in a month.

    Thanks everyone. I went with what Umkomaas said and made it clear that I will just await a POPLA code. In the meantime I'm gathering evidence tonight.
