If Carer's Allowance were saying by claiming ESA IR that Carer's Allowance would then be able to pay you....then CA were wrong to tell you this.
If CA were telling you to claim ESA IR so that you will get more money (on ESA) then they were right to tell you this.

As I was not getting any premium in my esa either and i had been on contribution based for 2 yrs.So i applied to have it changed which they have i now get carers premium and income related esa which is a total of 160.I have a underlyning carers claim for 2 yrs.but they now saying i still cant get a payment of carers even though i am now on full income related because i have a underlyning entitlement to contrbution based if though i get no centribution based payment.

Can you please tell me....You say you have been on ESA Conts for 2 years.......What were you on before ESA started? Were you working? OR on Incapacity Benefit?

I had esa form cant remeber which it was around 2014 maybe few month before nov 2013 around that time filled it in to go from sda to esa i was put in work group without any assesment 2 days from getting the letter sayin i had been put in work group i had a massive epileptic fit which i stopped breathing they then put me straight over to support group still without assesment so it started contribution and still is then.i had no savings and my partner was my carer he didint work.

My first assesment was 12 month later then again 12 month later both times i remained in support group

You recently filled in a form on ESA to ask for Income Related ESA, this form asks you about who you live withm, what benfits you get how much savings you have any pensions you have mortgages etc etc etc...the one you recently did...it is called an ESA3.

Did you get the same form (ESA3) in 2013/2014 ? The form you did get in 2013/14 would have been a medical assessment form... but did you also get an ESA3 ?

You recently filled in an ESA3 and the ESA has increased to £160.50 a week... Do you know what date they awarded you £.160.50 from?

Did your partner claim Carers Allowance and Income Support in 2013/2014?
What happened to your partner?
