Number plate change

So I have just purchased a new private number plate. What is the fastest way I could put this plate onto my car? Could anyone please explain the fastest process?

Apparently, LV don't charge for amendments if you have been with them for two years or more. My wife just swapped cars and she was charged an amendment fee (plus the extra premium) by LV.
