Does anyone know of a way to contact Talk Talk customer service in a way that will actually make them READ what am I saying to them?

Livechat is never available, I've emailed the one address I can find and am getting garbage responses that in no way relate to the information I am trying to give them, it's like banging my head against a brick wall. Are facebook or twitter any better if I try my luck there??

You'll do better to phone as the Facebook/Twitter team, as with most companies, only exist to placate or redirect queries, and often have as much authority as a chocolate teapot.
