Well when mobiles were first released, they weren't structured like they are now and possibly (not sure on this part) the 070/076 might have already existed.
Its been a while and I was young at the time but from what I recall, mobile numbers didn't have the first 7 in them. So they didn't all start 07. Dialling codes which were 01 didn't have the 1 either.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
