BT Hot fibre deal

Hi. I phoned BT today to ask about the Hot fibre ( £18.82/month for up to 52Mb) in today's email from Martin. The offer supposedly ends tomorrow evening. They said that no such offer exists !
Can anyone enlighten me??

- Discounted fibre is £11/mth for the year. A huge reduction on the standard £31/mth.

I signed up on Thursday, and you had to go through the link on MSE............... BT won't give you this deal if you phone them up anyway I'm all set-up for November 9th activation.
