That's a fabulous update!
I am impressed how you seem able to deal with each problem separately and put it in its own box.
I tend to let things overwhelm me because I lump it all together as a big pile of doo doo In my life.
I should have thought of the pool! I do that too, quiet time, sometimes only me in it, bliss. Somehow things seem clearer afterwards and hate physical exhaustion helps sleep.
I was having a moan to a friend who is a good listener last year, she's a Samaritan and she suggested I suspend my volunteering work.
I did so the next day and felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders.
I still pop in from time to time to say hello but I don't no have to deal with the dictates frommhead office and the attitude of some staff to the public used to embarrass me.
