Update re crisis loan

Thanks to all those who offered their advice and help. I nnow dont need to apply for a crisis loan as my HB and CTR have been reawarded I am obviously not that well off / receive too much monthly income otherwise it wouldnt have been reinstated).
My IB50 form and med 4 have gone and awaiting a decision, though when I spoke they said I will have to await a decision on both IB/IS on a medical.
The IB50 form was a killer to fill in, as was not sure what to put.
Am thinking of applying for DLA but dont know if I could face filling in another form!
is there a good website that can give advice on how to fill in the form correctly.

Can we please keep this thread to my query as I am fed up of people getting my threads closed. thankyou

I only want a simple bit of advice, if you are not offering advice to my query please do not rerply.

If you have anything to say other than offer advice pm me.

I have got six of you on the ignore list, but because the last thread was closed because of the comments of those 6 at least, I was curious to see what was written. As a person who has just been diagnosed as severely depressed and suffering from mental illness all i want is advice and I am too busy with other things to try work it out. Just tell me.

I was diagnosed yesterday by my counsellor. As for me staying off the forums, I am not the one making the nasty comments, as was explained to me by the abuse team. I come on here for advice, nothing else.

Fred, to put you out of your confusion, either someone else has been using your MSE username on another forum, or there is something you would rather have kept to yourself about one of your interests. Unfortunately the Internet is a public place, and things can get discovered unless you are very careful.

If you are still completely in the dark, then it seems you have not got exclusive ownership of the name you use on here, and I am sure we regret any misunderstanding.

I have only posted this as you seem genuinely confused, and will delete it later, on request.
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

Fred a non medically trained counsellor will not, and certainly should not be able to make any diagnosis. Any doctor i have ever worked with would have been very angry if this had happened.
So having however made the diagnosis how does s/he propose to treat you? A severe clinical depression will not respond to a wee chat once a week.

Have to agree with you there kk, even GP's tend to dislike putting names to MH conditions ... x

Okay, the original query was this...
is there a good website that can give advice on how to fill in the form correctly.

I am not sure about the use of the word "correctly" in this request. Fred doesn't appear to have any difficulties with literacy, so provided he fills it in *honestly*, then surely that is all that is required.

I am responding to the above post as it was directed at me, if what I say needs to be deleted for some reason so should the above post. If you have got six people on the ignore list surely that says more about you than them, they cannot all be wrong. In any case as the other thread was removed you would not be able to read the comments now. I thought you had been diagnosed as "severely depressed" sometime ago according to your other posts. Do you mean you are suffereing from another mental illness apart from depression?
