So sorry to hear this Keruge. It sounds as if Plusnet customer service is going down hill.

I know someone who is having prolonged problems with inaccurate Plusnet bills and frustration trying to get Plusnet to sort their continuing problems and refund etc.

    Crimson

They changed their name to CRAPNET last year - as it was down to their lousy customer service and having to wait a minimum of 45 mins on the phone to be be then cut off.

    AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Here's Ofcom's "Complaints per 100,000 customers" data for the telecoms companies.

As others suggest, Plusnet doesn't come out very well...

Plusnet were poor when I had dealings with them just over a year ago, it doesn't look like that has changed. Sky I found were good, which surprised me, so they would be my choice. Currently with BT and I have noticed a definite difference recently compared with a year ago, much better, still reluctant to recommend them but there seems to have been some effort to improve.

I can only go with my experince but I have no issues with them and I have been a customer for about 6-7 years now. I know there call centre is busy though as my MIL had trouble getting through and to be fair it was a problem down to her inexperince on a new router wireless.

I just rewealed my contract as I was out of contract and I previously had a good deal as I used a competitor for them to lower prices.

I am now paying £27 a month all in line rental inclusive and up to 76mbps fibre unlimited I get around 58mbps. Plus I will get £50 cheque in post. I used vodafone as a competitor to lower prices they charge £25 all in for 76mbps
