Thanks, I was pretty sure that was the case from when I moved in the area a few years ago, but wanted to be totally sure.
This has put my mind at ease.
I'm still hoping the roll-out gets paused, as there's so many things wrong with it.
I'm fully for having them all under one roof, so you always get what you're entitled to and don't have to deal with so many different departments, but the cuts and the issues with it far far outweigh the benefits
