Anyone got any ideas on how I can find this out and insist on any additional photos they might be holding?
A ‘Subject Access Request’ (SAR) @ £10, but a bit premature, so let’s see the ticket machine and car park signage first.

    Hi all

I just went back to the car park to get some photos...apologies, what I said about not entering the car reg was incorrect, they must have installed new machines which do actually require this.

There are signs everywhere including when you drive in, I'm really struggling to see how I could argue that they weren't clear enough, but if anyone can advise it would be greatly appreciated. The type of sign in IMG_1121.JPG is all over the place, there are around 8-10 such signs.

I'm going to try and post the image links separately, every attempt I make to put the URLs in is blocked.

(p.s. if I don't respond for a while, I'm not being rude, just going away for a few days)

Attempting to post links, sorry, this is the best I could do:

Add the following together to make the base URL:

    www
    .
    apdroid
    .
    byethost5
    .
    com
    /
    car
    /

...then add these file names (case-sensitive):

    IMG_1117.JPG
    IMG_1118.JPG
    IMG_1119.JPG
    IMG_1120.JPG
    IMG_1121.JPG
    IMG_1122.JPG

as mentioned earlier , change the URL from http to hxxp , its that simple

and its as we suspected , PE always data match the VRM from the machines to the ANPR cameras

the BPA CoP tells you about signage , plus if its new signage there is leeway in order to allow people to get used to it (a bedding in period)

it is for PE to prove their signs are compliant , dont do their job for them , that would be foolish

so question everything , accept nothing

always allege the signs are inadequate and fail the BPC CoP etc

check what the CoP says about new signs at car parks (I bet you havent even downloaded it yet , never mind read it)

use the blue text appeal online on their website to do the first appeal

dont bother with what you wrote in post #1

when you get a popla code , start drafting your popla appeal , based on post #3 of the NEWBIES sticky thread

and your BEST OPTION is to get the leisure centre or landowner to cancel it

That's far too complicated. Help others to help you.

Sorry, I have tried all combinations, including hxxp, removing the http altogether - even the smallest hint of a URL is blocked. Maybe the rules on posting links have been tightened recently?
