QDR & WH are using the same template guff - quelle surprise - and 'Jane Clarke' seems to work for both...if she even exists...and if they have a 'Customer Assurance Team' (why would they? debt collectors don't have consumer ''customers''):

Waste of time even reading such rubbish, IMHO.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have received a letter today, similar to your initial QDR letter, citing 'may result in us recommending to our client that we pass this matter to our Litigation Dept. This may mean they will look to obtain a CCJ.'

What was the result in the end Dutch85? Continue to ignore, respond, or pay?!

dyfan_r, why do you keep posting on very old threads?

It is nearly two years since Dutch85 last posted on MSE forums. Maybe you won't get a response.

If you want help with your issue, perhaps start your own thread for bespoke guidance.

Because I see people sarting new threads, and they are quickly reminded to look at NEWBIES and not to start new threads. I try to look at similar cases to mine to see what the result was. So you suggest I start a new thread? How do I know people will answer me?

Everyone is asked to read the NEWBIES first and then, IF they still require help with a specific question, start a new thread. You are to be commended for reading similar threads but should also read the NEWBIE sticky and you will have already received advice that the first port of call is complain to landowner, then appeal (using the blue text) then POPLA.

ALL questions receive answers when they are on their own threads.

Thanks beamerguy. I received this letter from QDR solicitors, after receiving (and ignoring) two letters from ZZPS

This may mean they will look to obtain a CCJ. ????

Where are they going to look ? WH SMITH ???

QDR being part of the disgraced Wright Hassall solicitors.
If they continue with this rubbish and add scam amounts of money, you can be sure this will bounce back on Wright Hassall

Just wait to see if you get a LETTER BEFORE CLAIM and then come back here
