So, back to my OP;)--any suggestions on how to record the 3 tests and send them on??:D
Personally I would use Irfanview to capture the info on the screen and save it as a jpg to attach to an e-mail.
Open Irfanview, press c for capture, then Start.
When the speed test info is on the screen, press Ctrl + F11 to capture, crop if necessary with your mouse and then File, Save as.
