Depends what you're using to test the speed. I tend to use www.speedtest.net which you can download the results in CSV format, which I suppose you could just email as an attachment."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

They want me to run 3 tests using this one--http://speedtester.bt.com--but there's no way to save/store or send the results.;)0 -
One way I can think of is to take a snapshot of the screen. Get the results on screen and press the "Prt Scr" key. Then open up something like word and "paste" the image."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Can't test mine either, phone line isn't with BT  . I would test with www.speedtest.net anyway and see if there's a difference. From what I've heard BT's own test isn't all that trustworthy/accurate."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

If you get a good speed test when using the BT speed tester, that would prove that the ISP is at fault.
:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

True, depends on the context of what you're trying to prove. I personally wouldn't rely just on BT's results though.

Some ADSL ISP's insist that you perform this BT speedtest before they will investigate speed problems any further. e.g. it tests the first link in the chain, without involving any ISP pipes etc. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
