its called a stubby holder you get them all over the place in oz to keep your beer cool when holding it.

I have just had another gift from Mr Daniels....

It's a can cooler to keep drinks chilled.

Funniest thing is tho I have loads of these as I did a Jack Daniels / Barcardi / Southern Comfort promo recently and we were giving away loads of these and other Jack goodies...
