I think you're attitude towards the freebie is the wrong one. They never said they will send you every freebie that they give anyone else, in fact they never gurananteed anyone will get any freebies. If you look through the other posts in this thread it looks like they target specific market segments with different freebies - maybe you'll fall in to the market segment for the next freebie but then again maybe you won't.

It was my Birthday recently and JD sent me a Happy Birthday email and said they would have a drink in my honour. lol

I can see it now the end of the day the workers all raise a huge Pint glass of JD and sip after the list of Birthday Boys and Girls are read out.

While the police wait outside the carpark making sure they don't try and drive home

I've had birthday cards via email so it could be they sent you one of those and it junked.
