So your question is 'can you return the items'?
Then the answer is 'read the retailers returns policy'. Which you already seem to have done so surely you know if they will allow you to return items? So I'm not sure what you are asking really.
Nobody here will be able to tell you what the returns policy is as you haven't even mentioned the retailer and many retailers have different policies if they go above and beyonds what is required by law. There isn't a blanket change of mind returns policy across the country.0
