Threads - plural.
On this forum everything has already been done a hundred times in recent months. Just waiting for you to read as many threads as you need to make you confident. No links. You can find them by searching, which is best for all newbies.
So all you need to do (apart from being familiar with the NEWBIES thread post #2 about pre-court and court stage, which you will need later when you probably will win) is search the forum each time for your stage.
Search obvious keywords like Gladstones LBCCC reply (or 'response' or maybe try: Gladstones PAP letter) and read posts since October when the new debt claims PAP (pre-action protocol) came in.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
