Its not a PCN. Its not a legal document. Criminal proceedings won't be taken against the OP.

Although they may be taken against you for carrying out credit activities without a licence and breaching the unfair trading regulations with aggressive, misleading and unfair trading practices likely to deceive or mislead the average consumer.

OP, make sure you screenshot his post before it disappears and report him & his company for the above (unlicensed credit activities, unfair trading, in breach of the code of practice for debt collectors etc). Oh yeah, and also report them to the ICO for failing to ensure sensitive information is kept secure.
