Can I cancel a new contract done via retentions with Vodafone?
Hi all.
I got a new contract with Vodafone on the 10th October. However, due to circumstance, would like to cancel this. The contract was done through retentions.
Is it possible to cancel this new contract and get a PAC code? Would greatly appreciate a reply as I can't currently use my phone to get in contact with them and ask.

I believe the answer is no as it was in effect an upgrade .But you need to speak to the vendor .0

New contract or a new phone also?
When did the previous contract expire?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
They said via chat they can revert to the previous contract I'm on and then I cancel that and will be given my pac code. Let's hope it's that simple.
I'll update this post to confirm what happens when I speak with them by phone.0 -
All good - phoned Voda and they were indeed able to downgrade the new contract to what I had previously and from there I was able to cancel that contract. Signed up to the new contract 10/8. Been given my PAC. Hope it's useful for someone in a similar predicament.0
