Mortgage PPI claim, with or without my Ex?

Do you have any records showing mortgage details with the PPI on it? Eg a copy of mortgage agreement from the time? If you no longer have records (and I have none other than my exam certificates from that long ago) then if NW don't have any records either your complaint will be rejected.
Not a reason not to make the complaint, but just be ware that without records (on either side) your complaint is bound to fail.0 -
I don't think I have any paperwork from that long ago but I will check. I can remember it was c. £50 a month for the PPI and my mortgage was around £300 so it was quite a big payment on comparison to my mortgage payment. I am not sure what to do then, I can have a last look for paperwork but I am pretty sure once we split I got rid of the paperwork a few years later. Who keeps paperwork that old?
