How do you get what you've said into a 120 line defence? I have a third chopped off if I adapt it slightly0
-
you dont
you follow the recent instructions I posted as a guide and email it as a signed pdf attachment , as indicated in post #24

lack of research causes the same questions with already written answers (hint)0 -
Cat you are trying to submit it the wrong way. Vital you put in your FULL defence, not a pared down version.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I accept no liability for the accuracy of any such posts and users are advised that, if they wish to obtain formal legal advice specific to their case, they must seek instruct and pay a solicitor.0

Or did you receive these documents with the later PoC?
It’s quite important.
AoS and Defence Form were sent with the first claim CCBC form.
AoS was submitted the same day. My Defence was posted (since acknowledged) a few days later.0 -
Quick question:
Are CEL supposed to inform the court when they have served their "full" PoC on me? If so, should this show up in MCOL?0 -
They should have made a cert of service, so you do what everyone else does
Ask CEL to explain the backdating of their PoC, and to provide you with the cert of service
Tell the court when yuo ACTUALLY got the full PoC.0 -

I understand this and am in the process of writing to CEL.
My question though is about MCOL and whether the service of the full PoC is something that should be noted in the Claim History on the MCOL site.
All I see at the moment is:- Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on 17/10/2017 at 12:51:02
- Your acknowledgment of service was received on 17/10/2017 at 14:01:50
- Your defence was received on 26/10/2017
Should there be anything in the claim history to reflect the fact that CEL have issued the full PoC and when?0 -
No, MCOL doesnt seem to be set up to do this. Stupid yes, but work with it.
Have you informed the court about the PoC being late, and that the claimant erred?0 -
Nothing to the court. I have a letter to CEL ready for the post but haven't caught up on notifying the court about this yet.
I'll have a read and see what to do.
I'm surprised MCOL doesn't have all actions recorded but then again, it's not a great site at all.0 -
Cheap site, incompetently run
Send to court as a priority, obviously.0
