Jersey Residents- What Isa or children's tax free interest accounts can we access?

Jersey Residents appear to not have access to Isas or children's savings accounts that charge no tax on interest.
NS&I have just (Aug 2017) stopped their Children's bond and have changed it to an Isa. Jersey residents now have no access to Children's saving bonds or equivalent as far as I know.
Are there any experts on Jersey banking for Jersey residents out there who could advise?
Thank you
