Change your broker, I would have lost my confidence in him with not 1 but 2 mistakes!!! plus credit file footprints

Is it a free broker by any chance, please tell me it's not an estate agent one?

It is the builders recommended broker unfortunately! Do we go directly or use an independent broker?

Is it too late to use another like you said with all the footprints. He previously tried Halifax then kessington now precise! My husband is considering going to Halifax face face as he banks with them. Is that wise? He has a ccj over 2 years old.

always use an independent broker, the builder is getting commission for getting you to use their own broker.

given your history with adverse credit, best to use one that deals with such, but they do not come cheap however. As you can see the current broker has no clue about adverse credit and just carpet bombing any lender

This broker has opened themselves up to a complaint - their mistake is possibly going to cost you more on your repayments OR mean you can not get a Mortgage at all.

Have they tried extending the term? That can sometimes help affordability.

Not the case most of the time...

We're newbuild specialists and we pay nothing. We simply have to turn around business a lot faster and be available 24/7.

We also charge no fee on newbuild introduced cases and have access to newbuild specialist products from several lenders, including 85% to 95% with Halifax.
